兰正辉，四川人。先后毕业于沈阳冶金机械专科学校和四川美术学院——曾游走于理工和艺术之不同领域。现旅居加拿大多伦多，来来往往——常游走于东西半球之间。

2006年 11月在中国美术馆举办“蓝正辉体量水墨”个展
2006年 10月参加中国宋庄水墨同盟首届邀请展
2006年 7月参加加拿大TORONTO OUTDOOR ART EXHIBITION
2005年 12月获得加拿大安省艺术委员会2006年度创作奖金
2005年 5月参加美国纽约科特兰大学“中国日活动展”
