桑迪·斯各格兰德

　　1946年出生于美国马萨诸塞州东部的昆西
　　1964年至1968年，他在马萨诸塞州北安普顿的史密斯学院学习了艺术与艺术史，之后，她继续自己的学业
　　1969年毕业于爱荷华州大学，学习了电影制作、版画雕刻艺术以及多媒体艺术
　　1971年拿到了她的文学硕士学位，1972年拿到绘画的美术硕士学位
　　1972年，斯各格兰德移民到了纽约，开始了她的观念艺术生涯

　　通过她的符号标记以及图片拷贝技术来处理各种复杂的、导向过程的作品。接下来，斯各格兰德希望能用她的观念思想文件带领她走向摄影。这种摄影技术的兴趣混合了她对流行文化以及商业图片策略，直接形成了我们今天所熟悉的她的装置摄影。斯各格兰德目前生活在新泽西的泽西市。

　　桑迪·斯各格兰德是一位美国摄影师和装置艺术家，她花费几个月的时间，通过建立复杂的设置或者静态画面，通过仔细的进行颜色选择和其他物品而建立了超现实主义摄影。最终，与演员一起完成最终的拍摄。这样的工作特点是极其繁琐的选题，形成鲜明对比的色彩或者单色的色彩组合。
