我从九十年代初期开始,在作品中表达对人类与环境问题的关注。随着时间的推移,在愈渐深刻的生存体验中,我已无法抛开对这一问题的思考。我一直努力赋予这种思考以独特的表达,因为这是我作为一个视觉艺术家存在的理由。我所追求的这种表达仅仅包含三个简单的要素,即：当代的,中国的和我个人的。

I started to aim at human environment early 1990s and for me it is impossible to leave the theme because I feel it always touches me so deeply in my own living. As a painter I draw myself onto how to find more expressive unique way to present it, which is the base for my life live upon. The expression I said indicate three elements: ego, china and the Contemporary era.
