陈默

　　中师美术毕业当美工。1986年中央美术学院美术史系毕业，在美术出版社做编辑。上世纪80年代末开始介入现当代艺术批评与策划。先后策划《000,’90现代艺术五人展》、《“上下左右”：艺术展》、《“残骸”行为艺术展》、《“老区经验”：当代艺术展》、《“物象营造”：当代艺术展》、《1、2、3、4届“农民街” 当代艺术年展》、《“十匹火砖“：当代艺术展》、《“图式营造”：何多苓、庞茂琨素描作品展》、《第六届“open”国际行为艺术节》、《第五届“大道”行为艺术节》、《“成都后生代”：当代艺术澳门展》、《“走笔巴山”：罗中立水彩艺术展》、《“穿越文化“：高小华、徐忙耀、杨谦、何工文献与作品展》、《（2006）首届“新动力•中国”当代艺术双年展》、《“图像精神”：当代艺术邀请展》、《“形形色色”：陈默、何工学术提名展》、《（2008）首届“西南力量”当代艺术邀请（巡回）展》、《“北上南下”：当代艺术邀请展》等约八十项展事，并为多个当代艺术展做学术主持和特邀批评。先后在各种媒体发表学术论文百余篇，逾百万字。川音成都美术学院教授（硕士生导师）、《大艺术》执行主编。批评家、策展人，现居成都。

　　Chen Mo worked as art designer after graduation. And he furthered his education in Art history department in China central academy of fine art and graduated in 1986. After that, he worked as editor in art publishing house. In 1980s, he began to scheme and comment contemporary art. He has planned more than 80 exhibitions, such as ‘000,’90-Modern art 5 artists’ exhibition’, ‘up, below, left and right-art show’, ‘debris-behavior art show’ , ‘revolutionary districts-contemporary exhibition’, ‘objects’ shadow creation contemporary’, ‘The 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th famers; street contemporary show’, ’10 fire bricks contemporary exhibition’, ‘pictures and formulas creation : He Duoling, Pang Maokun’s sketches show’, ‘the 6th Open international behavior art festival’, ‘the youth in Chengdu contemporary art exhibition in Chengdu’, ‘painting in Bashan: Luo Zhongli watercolor exhibition’, ‘going through the culture: Gao Xiaohua, Xu Mangyao,Yang Qian and He Gong’s literature and works show’, ‘(2006) New drive • China contemporary art biennial ’, ‘pictures’ spirit contemporary invitation art show’, ‘various shapes and colors : Chen Mo and He Gong nomination show’, ‘going north and south-contemporary exhibition’, ‘southwest’s power contemporary art invitation exhibition’. Besides, he has served as academic supporter and special critic for lots of exhibitions. He has published hundreds of thesis (over millions words) in kinds of papers and magazines. Now he works as professor (supervisor of the graduates) in Chuan Yin Cheng Du Academy of Fine arts and editor in chief in ‘the great Art’, critic and curator in Chengdu as well. Now he lives in Chengdu.
